We had a wonderful Yule feast this year among a small gathering of friends. Below is a poem I wrote in honor of the winter solstice.
Thou Fire Return to sight
Make bright this darkest night
With thou rays we thrive
To live to love, survive
Solar wheel warmth receive
Prosperity unto us achieve
A new day, A New Year
That mark thou glow appear
With thy family and thy friends
We start anew and make amends
We celebrate thou warmth and light
Return to us and end this night.
